Radiator Reccommendation

Did you get yours from the U.S. or Canada. If you got it in Canada could you tell me where or who carries this brand of rad? Thanks.

I got it from an auto parts chain in BC called Lordco, I think it was about $175 Canadian including tax & shipping from Salmon Arm to Calgary.

If you don't mind saving about $200 of that $300 budget and want an Excellent radiator that cools an 11 second Camaro with ease.
Try this one.

Part # 438162 TransPro is the brand
Autozone stocks it, Rockauto.com has it, ask your local partstore too.
They are around $100

It is a 100% drop in replacement, has the tranny cooler too.
Its light, aluminum and has plastic tanks.
Just like 3rd Gen on up Camaros, PU's etc.

Sorry to bump such an old thread, but I'm radiator shopping and wanted to check out this radiator that seems to be recommended by lots of guys here on nastyz. I just looked at the link in this post and it seems that part #438162 is NOT an aluminum radiator with plastic tanks (at least, not any more). If anyone is considering buying the TransPro radiator based on this or other threads, don't just buy blind based on the part number or you could wind up with a brass/copper radiator instead of the aluminum you were planning on.
