Rear Hotchkis Sway Bar

Hey guys I'm not sure but my rear sway bar by Hotchkis seems to be mounted higher than most others... Can I get some pictures of the same rear bar please? Also would it affect it's performance if it is up an inch or two more?

Oh I see mine right below the rear end and in front of the bottom bolts......
