Replacing the stock ignition with MSD with 6AL and Moroso 8.5mm spark plug wires.

I would like to use the original wire loom stanchions. It would be ideal to be able to remove the original 7mm wire loom guides do a direct fit 8.5mm loom guide that slides right on to the original G.M. Stanchions. The second issue is the wire length is too long. I bought assembled ignition wires but the coil wire and number 2,3,4,5,6 seem too long. The issue is who to attach the 6AL without drilling holes trough the firewall.

I’m using these 8.2mm wires with the stock 70 Z28 wire holders. My MSD 6AL box is mounted beside my battery using an existing vender bolt on a L bracket.
Shorten your wires by redoing the spark plug end and recrimping.
