right sits lower then the left

the back right of my car sits about an inch lower then the left. what causes this and how can i fix it? i would like to raise the rear up a bit. do i need new springs or just different shocks?

Hi guys, our cars squat to the right because that wheel takes the beating when we launch. Floor it and feel. The weight under the force has weekened that spring. You can have springs re arched and a leaf added or you can just grab a new set of springs, either way it's the springs.

I noticed my car was leaning a while back, except it was lower on the drivers side, then i walked around to the front and the passengers side was lower :mad: It got in a wreck before my dad got it around 79.
