my rpm gauge im not sure it hook up or what but it go all the way around. what does it hook to and what hooks to it? pictures would be great help

Are you saying the needle makes a complete revolution? If so, then it's connected and you have a problem with the tachometer itself.

yes the needle go all the way around when you start it or just turn it over without starting it . doesn't gauge mark repair them?
Yes, Gauge Marks (Daniel) repaired mine that was doing same thing. Not saying I had same issue you do though. It's best to call Daniel at phone number listed under contact tab on his web site.
