Okay I'm going to this as a last resort. Prolly should have started here. On my 1980 camaro every light works outside but my cluster lights didn't. Well I have replaced my cluster circuit board and replaced the bulbs. Well now every light works except my right interior blinker light, I hear it clicking but it won't blink...any tips??

If all the rest of the lights work... It has to be a problem with the wire, circuit/plug, lamp socket or bulb itself.

Very oftern it's a bad contact (corrosion) on the bulb socket contacts.
Inside the socket where the bulb contacts meet or outside where it contacts the circuit panel.
A small file cleans them up quick.

Testing the contact at the cluster plug will eliminate the wiring.
