I have no unused space in my garage, I even have a shelf above the garage door the size of the door, I slide car hoods and fenders, etc. up there.

I see a kayak paddle. Now I'm curious what kind of boat you have and where you paddle. The inner-coastal? River boat, beach wave surfer, flatwater boat? If you don't mind which part of town you on? I lived in Jax for almost 10 years on the westside. The town has changed alot since I've been gone.
