Vette master cylinder ???

I'm thinking of converting my stock brake master cylinder set-up,to one from say an 80-81 vette.I put disc brakes on the rear of my car (79 camaro),and I've heard people say I should change out the M/C too.So my question is what set-up will bolt-in with the least headaches? and still work well? Any advice will be much appreciated!!

1979 Vette master.

I have it in both my 442 and Camaro. Big , beefy, and cheap.

Yep, the '79 vette works great. I have an '81 trans am ws6 in mine. I think I paid about the same.

don't forget to change the prop valve...

Ok,so the 79 vette master,but does it bolt up to my booster? Should I get the vette booster? I do have the rear disc prop valve

Yes...GM boosters of that era were all the same bolt pattern.

How big of a difference is there between a single vs. dual diaphram booster?
