Wanted: Clips for attaching hose to Cowl Actuator and Kick Panel area!

Does anyone have the clip that is used to attach the hose looking piece to the actuator in the attached photos? I need one for the cowl area and one for the interior passenger AC kick panel area. If you do have two, please send pictures and price for them.
