72 4 speed console

Does anyone have pics of a 72 camaro console with manual trans? I want to see what it consists. I want to incorporate my Cheetah shifter into my auto console and thought maybe using a 4 speed boot and shift plate would be the cure.

Does anyone know if the shift boot mounts flush with the trim plate or is there a pocket in the trim plate?

My 71 mounts in a pocket. Photobucket sucks so I can't load the image right now to show you.

Shift boot sits on the floor, the plate that goes over the hole in the console has a plastic piece attached to it. That plastic piece forms a vertical hole from the metal plate all the way down to the square ring that secures the shift boot to the floor.

Upgrade my 74 (orginal column shift 6 cylinder) with a auto console (junkyard $25.00 2nd Gen Camaro) and B&M Megashifter.....Looks great

Also, there is supposed to be 2 boots. An upper

and a lower.
