73 Z28 Resto

I just purchased a 73 Z this past week. its a number matching eng and trans car. Main options were tilt wheel and a/c. I plan on doing the drivers floor first then restoring the interior. After that, the motor and trans will come out to be detailed and freshened up. Then I will enjoy driving it for a while before we do the paint work. The orig color is Orange with black stripes and it will go back to that color.

I plan on going back as Orig as I can get. so I am sure I will have lots of Qs for you guys. any input will read and much appreciated. I will post pics soon.

I will eventually will put the orig bumper on the car, I have it, but it got bumped and is tweaked, so That will need to be repaired.....not the most important thing right now. lol

Let the work begin, I will post as I get further along but have never done any restoration before and hope I am happy with the results.

That's a real nice car. 73 had a one year front bumper that had a reinforced bar within it. Look at the old bumper before you scrap it.
