I would assume you had to bend the latch a lot to get it to fit?
I wish it was that easy, I had to cut it and weld it back together. The distance from the core support to the nose is short, which also caused problems with the hood. My hood is way too far back on the car, I had to lengthen the slots on the hinges so the hood could be moved back far enough to fit in the opening. I ultimately didn't use the latch and just used hood pins to keep the hood shut.

Check to see if your hood latch will bolt on with that nose. I had a heck of a time getting my Anvil nose to fit the latch.
I will check and post pics when I get time. Damn, I just noticed you sold my only favorite gold car..........always loved the stance on her.

Yeah I sold the Gold 71, the planets aligned in a weird way on that deal. A once in a life time deal presented itself on a 69 RS but I didn't have room for any more cars, within a week a guy that had been trying to find my car via facebook ( which I'm not on) for 3 months connected with a guy that works for me and he gave him my e mail, the guy made me an offer over what I had in the car, so he owns it now. I honestly didn't have time to use it since I built the track car and have been racing that. This is the 69

Kindigit Door Handles

Preparing the doors for the new Kindigit Door Handles. We are using the center style in the picture below. These will allow a flush installation and resemble the stock rectangular look.
