AT to 5 speed manual

I have a 78 Camaro with a 305 and automatic transmission. I am looking to swap it over to a manual transmission. Now I know I could just use a 4 speed t10 with more ease, but I would like to use a 5 speed. I was wondering what trans would be recommended and what adjustments would need to be made. The more detailed the better. Thanks.
Also, I will be putting in a 350 along with the new trans

alot of what i have seen for our cars is TKO and T56 Magnums are top picks. when i can afford it, im going with a build magnum myself.

What "newer" Camaros are you referring to? FYI 93-02 (4th Gen) all V8's are 6speeds (T56)

It can be done, I had a friend swap a T5 in his Biscayne behind a 350. I don't believe it was a WC T5 because it didn't last too long

without bashing the T5 the only good ones that ive read about are the world class that bolt up to the S10 unless you can fabricate your self a shifter relocater. world class T5s were the premium 4 speed upgrade in the 80s and 90s. There are better options that the T5 if your looking to go brand new.
