AIM shows extra keys where in a envelope in the glove box at time
of new car delivery. Picture attached was from a Corvette from that
time frame. Was this the envelope used? Or was it a different color?

That's very cool. I think that's the only thing from the original materials that I didn't save. I went through my stuff and found the dealership's checklist prior to releasing the vehicle, which lists the VIN, engine #, and trans #. I'd forgotten about it until I saw your pic.

Here's mine, complete with both sets of original keys............one set that has never had the numbers punched out of it. :)

But, I bet nobody will ever reproduce the key knockouts with the key numbers on them. I'm guessing that once the original ones are gone, they are gone forever.
