Any one using the BRP LS swap kit on their cars?

Looks like a well made and complete kit. I'd ideally like to use it with the dynatech headers because I'd like to have the ball flange exhaust hook up.

Planning my swap now and I didn't find anything when searching on the forums....

I have used it and think it worked real good but i would look at some others to save some money. edelbrock ect...

I also got their swao headers, they do not have the ball type that you want but they are real nice yet pricy

If I remeber correctly, wasn't there some issues with the coating on the edlebrocks?
I for one am not happy with their coating. It is already showing signs of rust and my car stays in the garage.

I used their motor mounts and "hedders". No issues with either, they both looked like good pieces and have performed well. I did a before and after dyno session with the "hedders" and picked up 34 RWHP with no other changes ( 1 3/4 long tubes as compared to stock exhaust manfolds).

I reccomend them.

stainless headers are rusting?

yeah they edelbrock headers are made of 409 stainless. Its a common misconception that any stainless steel will not rust. The truth is any 400 grade stainless will rust & it quite magnetic aswell.

That being said I also have the edelbrocks on my racecar no rust yet but the coating has kinda scratched off in a few places from me installing & removing them so many times.
