I love your taillights. Can you give more details?

1. How did you do it?
2. How do they look at night?

I think this would be your answer....

.......I pulled the GTO black outs and had the taillights painted with clear with a touch of black

1: I had the guy that shoots the touch up on our used cars spray them with clear coat with a little bit of black.

2: Better at night than during the day. They are obviously going to be darker than regular lights. How dark they are depends on how many coats when they are sprayed.

Those lights do look great!! I bet you could put the L.E.D. light in it and they wont be so dim.

We used to have an off the shelf aerosol product think it was called 'smoke lens tint' or something, did the same thing. Haven't seen it in years though.

I found some on Ebay. Just look for spray on tint. I'll be ordering some...
