Guys, help me out here. Saturday I went down down and orderd a 2011 Mustang Gt Premium. I know it's not a Camaro but being a big guy, 6'2" my head was rubbing on the headliner of the Camaro and I need to keep all the hair I have left, LOL. Anyway, after getting home I realized I forgot to add the Brembo brake package to my order. Do you think the dealer can add the package on Monday or am i screwed???

You should have no problem changing the order to the Brembo brake package. That's part of the Track Pack, right?

Concerning the headroom in the 2010 Camaro, here is what I found....

I too am 6'2" (277-280 lbs) and I also found my head hit the roof on the 2010 Camaro RS I sat in. However -- since then, I sat in a 2010 Camaro *without* the sunroof, and had plenty of headroom, I'd say at least 2" or so. If you could do without the sunroof, you'd fit in the Camaro easily.

MR.FBDY who pre-ordered his SS, posted here that he ordered his without the sunroof for that reason. It makes a BIG difference in headroom for the taller guys.

yes the sunroofs make the headliner lower by a couple inches nowadays... as for the dealer they may or may not be able to change the order....big thing is did you or have you signed a purchase agreement or not...if not then they had better either change it or order a different car. also it depends on how they ordered it, if its a dealer trade where they are getting a car with the options you wanted from another dealer it may already have the brembo package....if its a order from the factory it probably wont have them less as was mentioned before they got the 'track' package' and not several individual options... good luck

if you ordered it from the factory then you still have 3 more days to call it in. they arent like burger king and make it right when you order it...lol...j/k...they know for a fact you'll call them again and say " wait i forgot this" been in the business long enough to know that one...your safe;)

Huh, I'm 6'2" and I fit in the Camaro and Challenger. I don't know about the Ford. I wouldn't be caught dead in one unless they recreated the 68 Bullitt with the 429 or an optional 428 Cobra Jet. I like the front end but the tail light outside angled corners suck big time. Ford blew it there but then came back with the 5.0 which is good.

I'd probably buy a mustang over a camaro these days too. The new one looks a little too cartoony for me. Especially with those godawful 20" wheels. They're not bad looking cars, but for the money they could be a lot better.
