to change from dry to wet sump all you need is a stock type oil pan and oil pump and plug the external main feed oil hole if this is a hi end block that oil feed is usually just in front of the intake manifold above the timing cover or it could be plumbed in the back where the oil filter would go also if it has after market main caps the rear cap may have been changed to one that does not accept an oil pump(that means new cap, aline bore and hone all deppends on your budget).
As far as the lifters goes are you running solid or hydraulic flat tapet solid lifters normaly have oil restrictors they must be removed for a hydraulic the only othe thing si ,the push rods are going to be longerthan the roller and the springs need to match the cam

I'm just wondering: Why?

Why downgrade from dry to wet sump, and from roller to flat tappet?

If you really want to, some of us might be willing to trade the parts to swap back...

solid roller cams don't live long at the low rpm that a street motor runs at plus more maintenance as far as the dry sump they are expensive, cumbersome and who wants to do 14 qrt. oil changes

It's not the oil thats expensive its the 14 feet of -16 line and tank that add up not to mention the petersen filters... not to mention priming the system to build pressure...

I have a Bow Tie block that was converted to dry sump then back to wet.On mine as above the feeds are plugged. The rear cap was machined down for the dry sump so my buddy machined a simple flat plate which is about a 1/2 in. thick that put the oil pump back to the stock position. An easy deal and also be sure to check the lifter bores to see if they have been bored to Ford size.

Might also have a small 1/4" Freeze plug in the hole where the oil pump feeds to! Was the oil (IN) fed through an oil filter mount. or through the front passage in the front of the block? Some drill out the small oil passage on the front top side of the block to 1/2" and use that as the (IN) feed. You might also need to plug a suction hole in the back of the lifter valley.
