Fricken mosquito

I hate this mosquito, and they ain't the little suckers you normally see.

This one is on the smaller side, but I was able to phase it and not smash it before I took a pic of it,

I've seen some that would cover the width of a quarter but this is a small one.

Got another one.

The big ones I will have to go down to the creek, as the creek bed was dry for a long time and the larva just laid there dormant til the recent rainfall we had. Now they are out and since they was dormant for a long time they tend to be bigger then the new larva. I thought it was baby dragon fly on my arm til it started sucking blood!

All this rain we have been having, Mosquitos are everywhere. I cant really tell comapred to the the penny there but I've wacked pretty good sized ones on me a few times already. Its the old saying "the state bird" <--- the mosquito!!

pour mockingbird gets replace by the blood suckers!
