Going to Denver next week

So, my girlfriend is going to Denver on a business trip and I decided to tag along. Since she has to work and I don't I need to figure out what to do during the day.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I'm going to be there Sunday afternoon through Wednesday morning.

Drive over to Golden and tour the Coors brewery. Then call a cab to take you back.

Budweiser brewery in Fort Collins! For a summer I lived less than 5 miles from it! Too bad I was only 19 at the time!

Lots to do in Denver, check out Estes Park, its touristy and not sure how "late" in the tourist season it is, but still pretty neat, all depends on what your into too. If possible there is some Casinos and what not south of Denver in the foothills, I think its Cripple Creek if I remember correctly.
