That is good to know. Hopefully others will give him a chance then. I just didnt feel like taking a chance on that big of a purchase and the possibility of not getting any support.

I ended up going with Keith's Custom Works because he was very responsive with emails and very nice and helpful on the phone also. He did not try to sell me the world, just what I needed to add to what I have. Based on the experience so far and others experiences he not only helps on the front end, but on the back end as well.

Keith has been great after the sale on emails and phone calls. I highly recommend Custom Works as well.

Keith was awesome until I bought a part from another company and I guess he felt threatened so he sent me a email and said to never call or order from him again to start getting my stuff from summit. This was after I spent over 5000$ in a year with him. So I have no use for a guy like that.

Why a retailer would act like that is beyond me. It's just business and he should expect that people won't always buy just his stuff. Hearing about incidents like that will cost him sales down the road.

I'm all ok with slamming a vendor, IF justified, but you shouldn't just put it out there without anything solid behind your statements. You do realize that all cussing in these emails you supposedly had with Customworks can easily be censored, right?
