Good story about how they were able to bypass the EPA.

Maybe I’m being a bit anal about the graphics but why are some of them “MACHO T/A” and others are “MACHO T\A” (with a back-slash)? 😖

Sometimes I wish I had found a way to buy a '78 or '79 Trans Am. I worked for a few weeks in the Pontiac engine plant in 1977 or 1978, and saw a bunch of 400 blocks piled up on the factory floor. I asked about that, and they said they were saving them for 1979 Trans Ams, and that after 1979 the Pontiac 400 would no longer be produced.
