Sick car man. Did you add this side exhaust or take it away from the car? I don't see it in all of your pictures. I'm kind of digging it. Should get that setup for my car. haha

I took them off a couple of weeks ago and put flowmaster duals on it. I am actually trying to get rid of the old side pipes. I put them on 5 years ago and didn't care for them.

Was it way too loud? I'm not too familiar with them. Do you still use a muffler or does that pipe dump right out at the rear tire?

Now that I'm reading more forums about them, people are calling them "leg burners". Didn't really think about that when looking at the picture. I could see me catching my ankles coming out of the car.

Mine never got that hot, but they rattled and the exhaust was right by my face from them. The side pipe iteslf is a muffler. More like a glass pack though.

Agreed.

The 79-81 Camaro dash is CHEESE.
I am considering heavy modification of mine. Including an updated heater/vent setup.

Something bonnevilleesque i think. With heat vent "pods"
I'm also inserting a tablet into the dash, allowing touch and voice commands to incorporated electronics.

I love the tablet idea, awesome.

Replaced my body mounts today. It went way smoother than I thought it would. I did not have any issues. I did soak the bolts every day for almost two weeks though. Here is a picture of the old ones.

Thanks to members on here and Dave with PTFB. I now know what I'm going to do for my suspension. I have been doing a bunch of research on brakes. I am going to eventually do the C5 front setup I think, but I am working on collecting the parts for the rear LS1 rear disc conversion from my stock drums. I read up on the S10/Blazer one, but I think I'm still going to go with the LS1 setup. So if anyone has any of that stuff. I'm looking. Other than backing plates, calipers and caliper brackets I think I'm going to get everything else new.
