Knuckle Dragger said:Good time huh? The SLP runners require pulling the valve covers and all that crap too. The plus side is I have it all down and can get it apart in about an hour.
I'm going to look for a angle finder that is small enough to fit in the engine valley and measure the angles on the engine and the manifold. Compare them to the other manifold. Plus measure the gap, and anything else I can do to compare and fix it right this time.
Levi said:Ok this is what I did. I called a guy at napa for some bolts, and told him that my intake is leaking water somehow just ranting, and he was like I know what your problem is exactly! I was like fucn sweet nigga! He asked me if it was a aluminum intake manifold, I said yes, year of car and engine is it stock? I said effin yeah. He told me that the little rubber gasket things the little pieces of shat that are rubber, need to be taken off because there not needed. Try getting rid of those rubbers, and sealing it with the red rtv or the chemical forma gasket crap. Did that started it up no leaky! Hope this helps.
