I like Pinks but no way in hell would I gamble with my car. Doesn’t matter how fast or how good you are. A jump, a tire shake, getting a little squirmy can happen to anyone.

I remember way back then the guys that wanted to race for titles usually had the rattiest cars with the least into them. They were just hoping for breakage or something. If you won, they usually either ran away or you really didn't want their car anyway. The one time I did see someone actually take possession him and his friends pulled the motor and beat it up with ball bats. It was a bondo buggy 72 Nova. We raced alot, but usually for cash.

That was the best episode of Pinks, ever. Not just because a 2nd gen won, but that didn't hurt. That Trevin kills me. "Who the hell are you?" "I ain't stupid!" "I'm gonna drive by him like he was tied to a stump". And on the trailer-"Your car here"
Just shows that if you have your car dialed in, you can beat some high dollar cars.
