I have a 79 Z28 that I drive every other night or so, after getting in it the other night it had no power steering what so ever with no warning signs that something was wrong the night before. I swapped the pump for a known good one and still nothing. No leaks in the lines. I popped the return line off and noticed no flow out of the return with the car running. Does that just leave the steering box to be bad?
Power steering stopped working completely over night?

Check the age of the hoses. They could be fully swelled shut. When I replace my hoses, the car steered so much easier that I could hardly believe it.
Unfortunately for the scenario everything is new, pump is only three months old, the steering box is just over a year old, and the lines are two months old (brand new AN lines)

If something was clogged up or otherwise blocked off I would expect to hear the pump whining.
