O'k she's off the trailer and in the garage and I've started buying parts and materials. Yesterday I ordered a complete front-end rebuild kit, a complete sub-frame/core support bushing kit, front wheel bearing kit, complete oem screw/bolt front clip assembly kit, LH/RH rear spoiler, and LH mirror glass all for a cost of $410.00 Today I bought paint materials 2 gallons of PPG Antique White urethane enamel 1 gallon of PPG epoxy primer 1 gallon of Mar-Hide urethane primer (high build) and 1 gallon of bondo and all the primers, hardners, catalysts, and reducers needed for a good paint job and at a cost of $745.00. This Z will be completely painted all over and under the bottom of the hood and deck lid and jammed out of course, the 4 Z wheels will get the body color as was in 1977. I plan to have all the rebuild stuff done then haul it up to my buddies shop where I'll help with body work and he'll spray the color on when we're done with the body. Then back to the house for engine/trans install (don't have trans yet) and body and interior assembly that's where the slow down will come, finding all the little missing stuff. Progress pics to come. :)
