Does anyone know where I can acquire one of these for the drivers side seat? It's under the seat and used to release the seat lock to slide forward and back. I found a guy on Ebay selling a passenger seat track assembly but $30 with S&H seems a bit extreme for a spring. Thanks.

Also a drivers side GM red seat belt chrome receiver? THe interior of mine is rotted away. Any ideas?

You should be able to find something which will work for a couple bucks.

A vise-grips, a needle nose and side-cutting pliers are your friends when it comes to modifying springs.

i have a couple pairs of good seat tracks from a 76 that were supposed to be headed to the dump but I think are still tossed with some stuff near my shed. I'll see if I have an actual pair and what side they are for. What year is your car?

Got the spring but still having trouble locating the seat belt receiver

Thanks for all the advise. Ended up talking to Pete (G.M.) at Fbodywarehouse and he was kind enough to send me one free of charge. I bought an interior screw kit for my 81 Z and they were extremely helpful. Check them out.
