Posted this over in the suspension topic without much response, figure i will try here. Ok, i bought a set of slide-a-links for my 72 z28. The car makes alot of power and will see street and track. My car already has a set of ssm bars on it. My question.....Is it really worth the time and money(already spent) to put the slide-a-links on the car, or should i just leave the ssm bars on and sell the slide-a-links? Please reply...Doug

W/O a doubt, put the SAL's on there & sell the lift bars to some other sucker.

I have the SSM's and immediately noticed the ride became much harder. I have been told the SAL's are the cats a$$. If I had the cashola I would convert myself..

Most everyone here knows my opinions on this subject. 1.49 short time with drag radials and not a bunch of motor....
