I picked up a set of spindles a while back that have had the tie rod holes drilled straight through for "bumpsteer" reducing tie rod ends but most I've seen have stock style tapers to them (Baer, Steeda, etc.).

Has anyone installed ends that have no taper and if so, which brand did you use? Any way I can get around this issue? I'd hate to trash a good set of spindles but if I can't use them due to the tie rod ends so be it.

Thanks all.

yea the ones made just for that are built with the taper...
but sisnce you already drilled the hole youll actually be able to make your own for quite cheaper! you just need to get the right size rod end for the size you drilled them... thats all the bumpsteer eliminaters are anyways.
