Loctite?

I probably used anti-seize on mine.
I've never heard of a subframe bushing bolt falling out. I don't think they are going anywhere.
Me too.
My whole car is anti seize.

Took the car for a spin noticeable difference in the ride especially over bumpy roads. The body seems to be a tad higher . I guess the original bushings were butter.

Glad to hear it drives noticeably nicer. Did you spin a cage nut, and what type of bushings did you end up going with?

Luckily the cage nuts held up. I did soak them with PB Blaster. I was really surprised how easy it really was. I went with the Energy poly mounts.

Yeah, mine are soaked in antiseize too :)

For some reason, I as an engineer, believe more in proper torque than in loctite.
Eg. all my bolts on brake never saw loctite, although most of them had it from the factory.

Good to hear we are all on the same page here, and very good to hear that your car rides nice now. Did u check if your car / body / frame is square?

ain't this site great! It guided me through my bushing replacement, actually much easier than I thought it would be.

This site has guided me through pretty much my whole project rebuild.

No haven't checked if frame is square, Not too sure how to do that
People like to forget that nastyZ is more than just the Forum
If you look on the main page under your specific year, you find data like this.

Ride height
http://www.nastyz28.com/tech/camarorideheight.html

and frame measurements
http://www.nastyz28.com/tech/framechk.html

and remember there is a reason why there are so many different spots and strange spots to measure.
e.g ride height value Z or D
