Lower bushings are everywhere, even a member here makes the correct Lower out of rubber, who I just contacted to see if they are still available.
But the upper seem impossible to find out of rubber. The uppers are different looking, as they have a head thus not semetrical like the lowers.
Seems like everybody wants to sell the entire link to get just the bushing.
Where to look?

You can use a shock absorber eye bushing for that application. It worked for me.
Well, push comes to shove, not the worst idea...did your "eye" have a steel sleeve or just rubber?
Do you recall where you got it from?
I'm surprised my original bushings look as good as they do.

I just pirated a bushing from a used shock I had lying around and reused the metal sleeve from the sway bar link.
