Went to look at a 68 chevelle today, and after talking with the guy I noticed a Camaro sitting in the corner under dust and a bunch of other stuff.
Turns out its a 71 Camaro SS. Said its a true SS and he's got the title for it. The car is in pieces. Completely dissassembled. As far as rust it looks rust free (a few small spots in the toe boards and he has patches already). The car is complete minus the motor and trans. It was a 4 speed car, PS & PB, no A/C, Tach dash, bucket seats, etc. The subframe has been blasted, painted, all new bushings and steering components replaced.
I've always wanted a early 70's camaro, (already have a 69, 79, 92, and 2002).
My questions is, what's it worth? It has a 10 bolt rear in it, not sure if its the factory rear or not. Body looks straight. He said its all there minus the motor/trans which im not concerned about since its going to end up with an LS motor like the rest of my toys LOL.
Thanks for your help guys!
