Great car, worth what your wallet has.
$3500 sounds fair if there is minor rust and everything is there!!

Look close and see what parts are missing and then determine the cost of those parts. That'll be an important number.

I saw a 78 Z 28 recently, but once I saw how much it would cost to replace a couple pieces, I realized that the car was worth more as scrap, IE.. twozs

I have a second gen and love mine. I assume it does not have the RS package so as it sits in pieces, 2k - 2500. The fact it is in pieces in your favor to some degree since you would have torn it apart anyway.

Well I took a ton of pictures. none of them are that great due to the lighting. The car looks pretty good. it is in fact a Z27 coded car. has a title with it. glass all looks good. The doors are perfect. as far as the interior is concerned, its going to need the front seats recovered, as well as a headliner and possibly visors. All the trim is there, all SS emblems, lights, etc. The car is complete. Front subframe has been blasted and painted, and has all new steering components/bushings/ball joints, etc and is all assembled.

I will see if I can toss up a few pics here. He is still stuck at $3500 so if I want it thats what im going to have to pay

Thanks for the pics! No way would I pay 3,500 for that. Way too many parts missing and too much involved (money as well) to put it together. I wouldn't pay ore than 1500-2k.
