I wonder how many male teachers that got convicted with sleeping 15 year old female students got only probation?

true and it brings up a good point probally not many if even one but also look at it like this, how mush easier is it to mess with the mind of a 15 year old girl and take advantage of her, it is much easier for the 25 year old teacher to play mind games and physically take advantage of the 15 year old girl. While with the 15 year old boy there are probally much less mind games and he was probally very willing which would be the reasoning for the differences in sentencing. Yes i agree there is a double standard but there is always more than one way to look at a situation and without sitting in court and hearing testamonies i believe there is now way that the sentence is wrong or right for the crime...maybe the boy was 100% willing..if he was why would she deserve to go to prison? thats just my .02 cents everyone has their own view.

I'll lay odds that the 18 year old who screws someone's 15 year old daughter, I'm sure she was willing too, but once her parents found out she was pregnant, the stories change. That's BS in my eyes.

Unless there's a rape , then it was willing. i remember what it was like to be 14 and 15 , we weren't f'n retards, we knew what we were doing.
Why does everyone assume a 15 year old girl who has sex must not have known what she was doing, or a man tricked her into giving it up??
But yet, the boy who also was willing well it makes it okay for the teacher then. .......this stuff kills me.
I'm sure it's happened, but it's not the standard for every case that comes in like they make it out to be.

Don't think that didn't cross my mind, but I had a great support network of friends that kept me going. (Plus I'm ex-military, 18B/18E with 2 combat tours undr my belt, so I'm sure I could've done it right). And my kids really needed me around. I was there only true stability. Now that time has passed and it's all over, we get along fine, but she knows not to cross the line with her lies anymore, the kids are getting old enough to call her on them....

Exactly my point, this case is just another brick in the wall of BS dividing the judicial system into a biased system. I'm outraged when people think men know what they're doing , but young girls are too naive, that's horsesh*t and we all know it. To even act like that is the case is naive.

100% agreed! There were plenty of girls that were hot for teacher at my school. Then there were those that thought those same teachers were tools for egging it on and eating up the extra attention they received. Either way you look at it, they were both sick (teacher and student) for walking that line. Both parties knew the consequences of their actions and played the hand that they did. In the end, girl always holds the trump card though.
