WTB 1971 Camaro CustomRegulators

So I ran into a guy on FB that wanted $400 for one regulator! I looked through the Ebay sales and nothing, but there was one I think was correct, $199 free shipping, but It said the stud was 1-3/4", that correct?

I also saw those EBay regulators…not too bad on the price, but the shafts looks rusted away on the splines. Must be that salty/humid Florida environment.
