Today after work bolted the ds serp bracket on with 1 bolt and put the rad and shroud back in for test fit of rad hoses, upper rad hose is a thirdgen tbi serpentine upper hose dayco part number(71028)and is a direct fit with stock thermostat housing. The hose will only work if your upper rad port on the radiator side is the smaller 80-81 radiator or is a replacement rad with the stepped outlet. The hose looks factory and is a perfect fit no bending of hose, manipulation or goofey ribbed universal jammey.

Im going to go to pick and pull and get a serpentine belt set up. I think that it will work. I think it is the same set up as yours. Donor will be a 1991 caprice classic. Mind if I ask where your serp set up came from?

Try to do a little work everyday to keep the project moving, today i stripped the rust off the flowtech afterburner headers(best ever)with a knoted wire wheel and painted them with duplicolor high temp paint and cured them with the blowtorch.
