thanks for all the kind words fellas, i might add i also got the ac charged up today with converting it to 134a and got 39 degreese out the vents at idle.
Gonna start on s10 rear disk swap in the next few days, i picked up 4wd backing plates and a whole 2wd rear.Im gonna connect the parking brake cables to the factory locations. i still have to degrease everything and media blast and paint all the componants too.

i have read about this swap. is the s10 disc rear strong as our 10 bolt 8.5's ?
Im not using the whole rear just the brakes off of it but i had to buy the whole rear to get the brakes.The rear is a wimpy 7.5 its already disasembled, and in the trashcan.z28rod said:

so is this a cost effective way to put rear discs on our cars ? is there a thread on this site that explains it, i dont want to bug you....
