C4 IRS in Gen 2 camaro. Has it been done?

Google Cormaro, Jim Nielsen put an 85 vette under a 1st gen. He has a thead or two over on Pro-Touring.com, maybe look over that car and you can see what hurdles he had to overcome to accomplish that.

I have a 1979 Z-28 RS Camaro Pro-Touring Car with a Vette Brakes C-4 Corvette adjustable monoleaf front suspension .I bought mine in the mid 1980`s It has Baer Brakes 13" inch front and 12" rear 4 wheel disc brakes.I don`t see it in their catalogs any more .

i have acccess to a c4 front suspension. hows the under/over steer? how well does it corner? how do you like it and what hans been some of the engineering hurdles that had to be delt with?

I believe Art Morrison Enterprise in Fife ,Washington has a kit to do so .There may be others

Oh yeah - it's a nightmare to install. I'm just correcting that it's NOT a C4 Corvette rear end that AM uses

None of those parts are useful to you.

The old vette brakes setup doesn't use those parts.
