I plan on doing the same thing. What program are you going to draw it up in, I am going to use Solidworks when I get the time.

I have ACAD 2000-
Hopefully I'll have access to Solidworks in the next couple of months

Yeah that was my original sheet size. Its a little long and you have extra material. I need to re-measure the bezel to see what the smallest size of stock material would be. Just looking at it, 23" is too short though.

After you print out the template you will see exactly what the minimum size of raw stock material needed will be, until I update the site.

That would be nicer than my hand drawn one. However, just to put it out there though, the hand drawn template works great and the bezels look really nice as you can see from the pictures on the site.
