Well, I got my "inner frame rail" all fab'd up. I actually turned out pretty good considering my very limited welding skills

Well, I got the frame rail tubing partially installed. I think it is going to work out ok. It will give is some strength under the sheet metal I am going to wrap it with. Since there was some good metal left on the sides, I spot weld it to those, the floor and the torque box.

Your tail panel looks a lot like mine. I just ordered a replacement panel.

I did some more work on the frame rail today. I made a piece to cover the back part and got it welded on. I will probably put a light coat of body filler over it before I put the undercoating on just to smooth it out.
I made a template from the old one and cut it out and bent/welded to shape.
