So what was wrong with the carb? He obviously described it as being very nice, did you get to look at pictures or did you buy it based on this post alone? I would post pics of it and the things that wasn't as described? It looks like he has several carbs for sale for some reason.

$475 is a lot of money to part with, if it isn't even usable I would be upset.

Anytime someone asks for PayPal to be paid as friend or family to avoid fee's I usually just add the 3% to cover there fees that way i am covered.

IMO I think if someone gets hosed on their purchase the seller should be banned from this site. I'm sure the buyers that have been screwed would agree. I'd be pissed and would come and visit you, so it better be right.
